		<description>Just so everyone knows, while markets like these do exist, they are by no means the norm in China. There are plenty of huge and modern supermarkets, and while they may sell some weird stuff (Vacuum packed pig&#039;s head, anyone?), they also have plenty of perfectly &quot;normal&quot; food, even by consumeriffic North American standards.  They are also perfectly clean and safe.</description>
