Well maybe not that complicated, basically all this guy did was fill his chest up with some saline solution, using a couple of needles. I’m sure it wasn’t very painful but…why would any guy do that???

I have been reading various articles on man boobs and the recent one was on this site saying that a man can get man boobs by injecting a saline solution into his chest. I want man boobs but have no means to get the solution so was wondering if there was another natual way to grow man boobs at home. I have tried massaging my chest and nipple area.
