It was done with hair coloring made for animals and is very safe. The dying of a dogs fur is for the humans pleasure. I can tell you from experience my dog enjoyed the attention she recieved from being a walking easter egg. The dye had been approved safe for animals. And as far is getting cancer from it, who can say in the end. However they seem to have a beter chance getting cancer from the most the dog food being put on the market. So people just chill out. In most cases, it is SUGARLESS KOOLAID. Dogs have very limited color vision and do not give a rat's ass what they look like.
