You choose what you want, and all of the bad junk that hurts us and others around us is gone. It's great! I'd rather smoke it than a regular cigarette anyday. When I first started "vaping", it took 7 atomizers before I got 4 that worked correctly. If your atomizer is good, the smoke is smooth, easy, full and wondefully enjoyable. I haven't had a regular cig, cigar or smoked any of my many pipes since I got the first starter kit. If you're having a difficult time, contact your supplier. The cartridges will NEVER be equivalent to 10-20 real cigs -- so, forget that. It's more like 5. But, I wouldn't trade these for anything.
