Well this guy has a pair of undershorts tattooed on his body so technically he isn’t naked.
If you’re ever in Barcelona, you might get “lucky” and run into “the old naked guy“. No one knows his name but everybody knows him, he’s kind of a local mascot, walking around in the nude with his huge penis hanging down halfway to his knees. Tourists either avoid him or just stop and stare at him, but he doesn’t seem to mind. The police have tried to reason with him and he has even been institutionalized a few times but he always came back.
There isn’t much more I can say about this naked man of Barcelona so I’ll just let the pics speak for themselves.

The guy in the skirt doesn’t look any worse than tacky generic khaki shorts guys where all the time.. and I’d rather see white tights than hairy legs. More guys should wear skirts or at least kilts. The Scots had the right idea.
Yeah the guy talking to him in the last picture is definitely a nutcase. Who would dare to wear a T-shirt and sneakers with that skirt?

Yeah, we just saw this guy around July 1, 09, what a hoot. The crazy thing is that my wife and I walked with 15 feet of this guy in the Plaza de Catalunya and because of the crowd and those tattooed “Speedos” he’s not noticeable. After we passed him I had to tell my wife “hey, look, that guy’s naked”.

My Dad and niece were just there and told me they saw this guy. They were too stunned to even take a picture!!!!! What a hoot. I love his socks are even tattooed on!!

I had my picture taken with him in May 2007. We saw him several times. Funny to watch the responses of people when they see him. Obivously the locals don’t think too much of it!
