I think the only two that are normal are the guinea pig and the squirrel. All resting guineas look like fat little fluffy slippers, even the most fit ones.

With the exception of the squirrel, which is probably not a pet, this is abuse. Pets don’t feed themselves, so the owners need to find some restraint.
