Ms. Ruth is a 58 year old seamstress living in the Deep South, who is specialized in making costumes for members of the Ku Klux Klan. She comes from a family who has been making these outfits for five generations and she is known as one of the best in the business. You might not think so but she’s quite a busy lady, working seven days a week and personally sewing one costume a day. She receives orders by phone and ships an order in 4 to 6 weeks. The prices of the robes range from $105 for a custom, cotton robe, to $140 for a satin Exalted Cyclops satin uniform.
She and her husband support the Klan and she has a very good opinion of its members, saying they are great people and great Christians. Her husband spends his weekends selling white pride merchandise at the flea market. They spend almost all the money they make, caring for their 40 year old quadriplegic daughter “Lilbit”.
I can’t believe this kind of people really exist nowadays…

I find it ironic that on here there are posts from people who support the klan and from those that clearly that don’t. The most hateful violent posts are from those who don’t. As someone stated in an earlier post the Klan of today is different than the Klan of the past. There are different issues and better ways of getting the message out. As far as the person who posted about their may be some people who may feel these poor peoples disabled daughter is inferior shame on you. Nobody but you said anything about anyone being inferior. Those who oppose should really open your minds and educate yourselves on the basic ideaologies and beliefs of a klansman. God made all people and they are good. This doesn’t mean they should be blended together. Everyone should have pride in who they are regardless of who they are. And for the record miss Laura not all of us were “raised” this way it is through life and love that brings me here on my own free will with an educated understanding of all things good and right.
As a proud member of the UNSKKKK, let me set my record straight. The liberal mind-set common in todays society is the reason this world is going to hell in a hand basket. I for one at the young age of 51 decided to get off my butt and do something to try and change it. I,ve got no problem with anyone who pulls their own weight and isn’t looking for a goverment handout. Ms. Ruth is a credit to motherhood and a hard worker. A lot of people would have institutionalized her daughter, but she’s loved and taken care of by her family. I think it’s you, the liberal masses who is ignorant, lazy, wants something for nothing and likes to spout off with hate. Not me, I just want change and not the Obama brand. I’m a first generation Latina and this kills me to see that the world will never come to peace. Can we all respect everyone’s opinion as long as it does not harm us in anyway.
