It is a unique experience...It's not fake, the bones are real and a lot of history lies behind the building and the family... I grew up in the Czech Republick. When I was about 10 yrs old, my mom and I spent a weekend afternoon there. It creeped me out and still does. The bones do come from all the villagers who died in there during the black plague as well as the bones of the burried dead. You must experience this for yourself...When you walk inside it feels like a cave- the smell, the cold damp feel of it will make you shiver. Speaking for myself...the worst part was seeing the skulls of newborn babies... Personally I think the artist had some serious issues... it is real! I grew up in the Czech Republick. To the people who think there are actually services going on there: the church has been a 'monument' for ages; there's not even any room for services. A must see when you're visiting Prague for a few days. I’ve been there and it was awesome and creepy at the same time.
