This training creates special confidence in women. The ability to move and control large, heavy material objects becomes second nature and never to be intimidated by large men is a high. Hand in hand, it both encourages and is complimented by the self confidant image. An aura of respect from all those around her, a message of, “listen to me, this is how we will do it”.

Who says their doing it to impress guys? I doubt thats the last thing on their minds…they obviously have better things to do then wait hand and foot trying to make a man happy. Thumbs up for thier dedication and hard work. And I’m sure in the body building world there are lottle of guys who find that attractive.

I think it is great. I don’t care as long as these women are eating right to get the results they recived. If they use steriods to get these results then no! And if weak minded men have trouble with a strong woman then they are whimps who like to hit women as it is.
