This Is Batman’s Golf Cart

When he’s not too busy chasing evil villains like the Joker, and keeping Gotham safe, the Dark Knight likes to relax by playing a little golf. And he has the coolest golf cart you’ve ever seen!

I know that we’d all like to believe, but in reality, this is just the work of a passionate fan of the Dark Knight, who actually works at the Warner Bros movie studios. When Tim G fist spotted this Tumbler-themed golf cart, he blogged about it saying it belongs to Christopher Nolan, the director behind the two latest Batman films, but it turns out that isn’t the case.

Even so, you have to admit this Batman hardcore fan did a terrific job, transforming a common golf cart (used as transportation around movie studios) into a mini version of the Tumbler. It may not be bulletproof, and full of high-tech gadgets, but who really cares about those things, anyway.

Custom Built Batpod Replica for Sale on eBay

All you Batman fanboys out there, better get your tissues, so you don’t drool on your keyboards, because this Batpod replica is a treat.

We’ve seen cool Tumbler replicas before, but this is the first functional Batpod I’ve seen, so far. And the best thing about this thing is that it’s for sale. Sure, we can’t all just whip out $100,000 to buy it, but at least we can dream.

The 1:1 replica Batpod took several months to complete, including 2 months of research and over 1,000 hours of intense labor. Its frame and tubing are made of hardened steel, the covers and arm guards are high tensile strength fiberglass. The engine is a whopping 650cc, which features nitrous injection boost and water cooling.

In case you’re wondering this custom made Batpod can be ridden, and although it’s not street legal, it has been tested in a controlled environment. According to the seller, it can be made street legal, at the buyer’s request. Still I wouldn’t recommend taking this thing for a ride on the highway, if you value your life.

The auction for the Batpod replica is ongoing on eBay, so you still have a chance of snatching it, for $100,000.

Forget the Batmobile, Here Is the Bat-Limo

It does make more sense for some rich dude like Bruce Wayne to roll in an over-the-top limousine than in a crappy old Batmobile.

The Dark Knight’s limo was spotted on the streets of New York, but strangely enough, he wasn’t the one driving it. Sadly, apart from the fact that its started out as a normal limousine (probably a Corvette C4), the photos and video below, there isn’t much info on the awesome Bat-limo. If you know something I don’t, do share.

Batmobile Replica Seen in Sweden

An impressive replica of the original Batmobile has been turning heads on the streets of Sweden, recently.

Batman undoubtedly one of the most comic-book hero of all times and fans are always trying to find or build the coolest memorabilia. Not long ago we featured some photos of a home-built Batman Tumbler built from scratch and of a Tumbler built from a Go Kart. Now a Swedish dude apparently spent around one million dollars over 3-5 years to convert a 1973 Lincoln Continental into an awesome replica of the original Batmobile.

A result of over 20,000 hours of work, the Batmobile replica comes with voice recognition, DVD players, height adjustment, reversing cameras and other gadgets. It’s definitely one of the coolest Batmobile replicas I’ve seen.
