In truth, it really wasn’t that hard at all to become a vegatarian… once I realized I didn’t need meat to survive. As far as vegan dishes are concerned… you would be amazed at all the different vegan foods to choose from. Some of the sausages I tasted so close to the meat versions I couldn’t really tell the difference. I will admit that there were a few vegan foods that were bad.. like the vegan hot dogs..
