I made something called Bedeviling Eggs: coconut jello (in Hawaii called haupia) molded in eggs molds, sliced in half and topped with small, yellow meringues flavored with vanilla, lemon and banana. Their fictitious company of origin was called Faux Gras. And I thought it would be fun to make food that looks like something it&#039;s not, like a &quot;cake&quot; that&#039;s really roast beef &quot;frosted&quot; with mashed potatoes. Congratulations, Louise, for making my dream come true! Nice work!]]></description>
