" she has to turn the TV on its head to watch her favorite show, while her family has to use another one"

I call BS. If she sees everything upside down, then she have seen people walking upside down her whole life. Why does she have to turn turn the TV over to see correctly? According to her senses, the TV is always the right way because she sees real people the same way.

The same with reading. For her, upside down is the correct way up. So she could read the magazine effortlessly by holding it the proper way up, like normal people. Inverting the magazine, will only confuse her.

The thing is: if the whole world is upside down to her, then she will have learnt to live through it. She wouldn't have to selectively invert specific objects like TV and magazine to see correctly.

She is a FAKER.

The human brain has an ability to change upside down itself. It takes 10 days or a month, almost everyone can do it by a glass, which is made by a prism or any optical systems, makes upside down for eyes. Try living normal life in upside down world. And then one day, your brain will suddenly changes itself to get an upside down world to normal. Your eyes still see upside down by a glass, though, brain makes feel it is not upside down for you. What a neural network.
Your can restore the network in same period.
I saw this on an educational channel on TV. And there are some papers, maybe. So, I believe she can fix it herself, if she wants.
