Students can help out the elderly, while learning a lot of life lessons from them. Both generations have a lot to learn from each other and can benefit each other in so many ways.

The comment above mine should be deleted. These students are simply benefiting by free rent and doing good deeds. It has nothing to do with wills. And, plenty of nursing home residents have close families, but families have jobs and can’t spend many hours a day at nursing homes.
