I entered the driver’s license building. There was a cheerful greeter,Joe. He had greeted & helped direct those in line before me.
I was next in line, my bf (who is a doctor) was tanding right next to me. I approached the roped entrance isle & Joe, (Who oddly had a familiar aura?)
Joe, looked at me and beamed a glorious smile saying “You have a timeless beauty”. I grinned ear to ear. What girl wouldn’t!!
MY BF said,”Oh..you just made things tougher on me.(laughing with Joe)
Joe then said, “You dont know this but we’ll be in touch again soon.”
The puzzled look on my face as well as my bf’s face was quite obvious.
Joe (with this warm, familiar trusting smile) said, “Pegasus & ?” “Look it up. You’ll begin to understand.” “Now. What business do you have here”
I told him and he directed me to the appropriate window.
Joe was large in stature and loud. Both, my bf & I continued listening to Joe as he helped and conversed with others.
Joe never said such to anyone else.
Both, my bf & I had the feeling this guy was for real. So I did a lot of research. Ive since had tge need to return to the same tag and license building twice. Id hoped to talk more with Joe. Both subsequent times Joe was busy on the other side of the office. It’s been over a year &1/2 since Joe spoke to me. Today, I was looking for hair products and this article popped up. Coincidence?

I do believe there’s a reason for everything. I reposted on my fb. Maybe someone else somewhere needs the message.

I’m just a normal person, guarded, yet open to understanding. I KNOW there’s so much more being kept from us. This isn’t a stretch.

– he claims to have participated in several experiments that transported him through time, space, and even parallel universes. His mission, supposedly, was to provide the US President at the time with important information about past and future events.

– Basiago claims to have gone back in time to 1863 and witnessed
Abraham Lincoln’s speech at Gettysburg.

– He’s also been to the future – the year 2054

– Basiago has held conversations with President Bush, President Clinton, and President Obama decades before they were elected to office, notifying them in advance of their presidencies.

– according to Basiago, US scientists advised the government to hide
them from the public because they could potentially erase entire
industries and jobs that are focused around existing transportation
methods
