America’s been the grips of the prison industrial complex for decades – what many people don’t know is in many of these places, the more inmates they have, the more money they make, so it’s actually very lucrative *for certain people* to incarcerate all those non-violent offenders.

This boy should be getting proper psychiatric attention, the fact is it’s too lucrative to keep him locked up.
