There's gotta be more than just 17000 albinos in the world... I live in south India and I see about 20 to 25 albinos in my small city alone... I ve travelled to other metros of India and have come across many more albinos there as well... India alone could account for more than 17k albinos....... the figure for world wide number of albinos could atleast be a few millions for a world population of 7 billion.
