					<description><![CDATA[Perhaps a big deal in the wine business but when I replaced a rotted fence years ago the carpenter used a kerf cut on the underside of the top cap so that water would drop from the cap and not work its way back to the fence itself. Works perfectly and prolongs the life of a fence. No different from what we see and the explanation given here.]]></description>
