I would find it difficult to do everything, but I recycle whatever I can, always take bags to the shops, have a fruit / veg delivery with no packaging etc.
Jb – for feminine hygiene products, there are green versions e.g. a mooncup. Oscar the Grouch – more than half of the worlds population don’t use toilet paper – it’s not that hard and hygienic if you are hygienic too.
