My feeling is that these people’s immune system isn’t fighting these insects properly. Immuno therapy seems like could help resolve these problems
but I would agree that one should find where the gametes for these insects are being produced.

Only from places like India do we see such mysterious ailments–because they don’t seem to be interested in actually banishing the superstition/magical element from their analysis of such problems. Just isolate the girl for a few days to be sure her or her family aren’t putting the ants there for publicity. When the ants STOP materializing…the doctors will realize the case is a fraud. Simple.
