					<description><![CDATA[I used to live in Japan and have been to Yoyoji park a few times. These guys aren&#039;t only found in Tokyo but are all over Japan now - I&#039;ve seen them at street festivals in small towns. 

They tend to gather in small groups round a ghetto blaster (very retro!) dancing in black leather trousers and jackets - I&#039;ve seen them in Harajuku dancing around in full leather in 40 degree heat and high humidity - crazy!

As far as I can gather from my Japanese friends they are just another subculture in Japan and as Yoyoji park is the famous meeting ground for such groups in Tokyo, this is where they can be found, possibly the only place in the world where in a quick stroll round you can see these guys dancing to Elvis, girls dressed up as manga characters and a guy cycling round with his pet monkey...]]></description>
