The twins had prognathism which is a major protrusion of the lower jaw and chin affecting bite & appearance. This is abnormal and the surgery required major reconstructive work on the bone & soft tissue. While they’ve had other cosmetic procedures, he restored their appearance to normal. I see a lot of Koreans & Asians wanting a more Caucasian or Occidental eye. Interesting article & kudos to the Korean plastic surgeon!
