i know there’s a lot more on the main site, but seriously. it’s just endurance. it’s about 20% physical. the rest is your mentality.

i’m one of the guys that eats that kind of stuff for breakfast. i’m 6’0″, 160#. certainly not huge, somewhat smaller than medium build 😛 Anyone can do anything they put their mind to.
