They should spend the money it takes to ensure all customers are helped if they become distraught.

It’s unreasonable to expect 911 to spend money & especially their precious time rescuing these paying customers when other people have real life threatening emergencies.

This company should not be allowed to rely on 911 to keep their customers safe & happy! They should be billed for the services their company generates using 911.
