This is the same glass that Tim Roth’c character’s company uses in its interrogation room in Lie To Me. I thought the glass was using fictional technology as well. Glad to know it’s real.

I wish we had that glass installed in car and trucks. When not operating, the internal temperature of the car/truck would be much lower!

We’ve been having this door system for a while now here in Belgium ! It’s located in a cocktail-bar called TamTam situated in “le carré”, Liège. But without the interdiction sign… ^^

I do not know which theory is right in your article, but if it’s the second one, we just can hope that the power-outage would shut light off. And hoping that there are no window in the toilets ! xD

I wonder what happens if/when the lock is malfunctioning? Every once in a while I’ll come across a bathroom stall with a door that will either not lock or close properly. However, this is suppose to be a nicer restaurant… so I suppose the bathrooms will be in much better condition than one found at either a McDonald’s or Walmart.
