The actual shuttles are MUCH larger.
Assuming the arches in the picture are about 2-3m (10 ft) wide [a regular window is about 1m wide].
Even if the replica shuttle’s wingspan is 3 times as wide that’s about 9m (30′) and the real shuttle’s wingspan is 23m (75′).
They are also 37.2m (122′) long. That’s as tall as a 12-story building.

Including the external fuel tank and booster rockets the entire vehicle is 55m (160′ or about 15 stories) tall. His house is 3 stories.
