Not sure where to begin with this... I love Ultima. I will always love Ultima. Richard G made one hell of a game in the 1980 - 1990s -- not so impressed with his games now a days. Lord British & the Avatar are seriously one of my favorite fictional characters... Ultima Online was and is still one of my favorite computer gaming experiences of all time and probably will be the rest of my natural life.

While it's nice to hear him pop-up in the news every now and then -- last I heard he was on passenger on a space flight because of his new game (which I can't remember the name of) just came out or celebrated an anniversary of some sort. Funny to see how he is so determined to live out the name Lord British even after his company Origin was savagely torn apart by EA...

I'm not sure I'm real crazy about 'robot bosses' or his personal attraction to them... His office of employees looked liked they weren't doing anything worthwhile -- I think I saw someone playing Age of Empires? None the less -- kudos to him for living his life the way some people can only dream of... he's been a real inspiration to me over the years.
