THEY ALL DO THAT!! Cinnabon is notorious for doing this with their drinks.

However, all anyone has to do is.. when they order their drink… tell them, “Easy Ice”, which means use little ice. That’s what I do. And when I get a drink that has too much ice in it.. I’ll simply tell them there’s too much ice and they’ll make the correction. It’s that simple.

Many places do offer free refills or allow the customer to fill up their own cups so this issue is becoming non-existent.

Moral of the story.. if you go to place that uses too much ice, simply ask them to use little or no ice… they’ll more than likely do it.. and if they refuse.. just don’t buy from them.
