This could work for someone you’re intimate or close with or know on a personal level… but it would become useless with strangers because no one is going to want to insert something into their ear given to someone they’ve never met before.

I wear state of the art hearing aids and I use a Com-Pilot to hear my outgoing and incoming phone calls and converse with people. it is so cool.
