Manuel Uribe, the 42-years old previous holder of the World’s Fattest Man title was finally able to leave his home and take a trip around the Mexican town of Monterey. Although he wasn’t able to walk on his own, the now 310 kilograms-heavy Mexican was able to enjoy a light snack on the shore of a lake and even exchange a few words with the locals.
Uribe is struggling to lose serious weight and so far he’s doing a good job, remember, he used to weigh a half-a-ton. He was carried through town in a special bed using a kind of forklift.

I watched him on TLC, and he seems to be happy with his lifestyle, and for me i would have done the surgery, i wouldnt care if i died as long as i died knowing i was doing something to change my life forever!
