This girl wanted to be a ballerina a little too much.
This girl’s case should be proof enough that nothing is more important than a person’s health. She wanted to be a ballerina but she was to heavy for the job, so she decided to starve herself to death in order to fulfill her dream. Unfortunately she went “a little” to far as she managed to go from 72 kg to 32 kg in just one year. She now has several medical conditions and her body can’t yet process firm food. It’s not yet certain if she’ll ever be a normal person again.

This woman probably suffers from sever Body Dysmorphic Disorder. I suffer from it but not to this extent. At least I can maintain a grasp on reality by knowing that what I think is wrong. Its a weird disorder because you always look the same in the mirror no matter what. I went from being 170lbs(skinny for me), to 310lbs. (super fat), down to 200lbs (muscular) and through the entire 7 year roller coaster of weight gain and loss I never saw a difference in my body in the mirror. The only way i could tell is by looking at photographs. And no, I didnt get surgery. I lost it the good ol’ fashioned way by dieting and exercising. Praise be to Jenny Craig.
