Some people wish they were Britney Spears for just one day, but Lorna Bliss has spent almost ten years being Britney Spears and she says it’s not all that pretty. Lorna started out as a Britney impersonator back in 2000 when some of her friends noticed the resemblance. She borrowed some money to dye her hair and buy outfits and started touring nightclubs for 100 pounds a night. After she got her degree she became a full time Britney Spears, trying to copy every detail in the pop idol’s life. She didn’t marry a Kevin Federline lookalike or have two kids, but she did put on the extra weight, shaved her head and copied Britney’s attitude during her breakdown. She would snap at journalists and even chase them away with an umbrella, just like the pop-star. Now Lorna is happy Britney Spears is back on the horse and she doesn’t have to look crazy and depressed all the time. She does however have to spend around 15,000 British pounds every month, just to maintain her looks. Now here’s one fashion accessory the world’s fattest man, or the world’s fattest athlete would just love to have. I tried tracing these photos to the original source to get more info, but got nowhere. I found them on a Russian photo site, but judging by the ingredients used, this tasty hat wasn’t made in Russia. Anyway, even though I wasn’t able to get any information about this edible hat, the photos pretty much speak for themselves. Congratulations to the designer/baker on a job well done! Some of the most adorable characters in cartoon history, the Smurfs have an incredibly large fan-base. 2,510 students from Swansea University, UK, got together on June 8th to stage the largest Smurf meeting ever, and set a new world record. Participants painted themselves blue and wore pointy white hats, just like their beloved characters. The 2,510 Smurf fans managed to pulverize the old record for largest Smurf gathering, which was 1,253 Smurfs in one place, set in July 2008, in Castleblayney, Northern Ireland. Don’t know what you were expecting, but this is not some high-tech, revolutionary vehicle. It’s just an interesting home-made amphibious bicycle. Li Weiguo is the man who designed and built this floating bicycle, and the girl riding it in the photos is his daughter Li Jin. His amphibious bicycle has eight water buckets that act as pontoons and adjustable vane wheels that provide the driving power. It might not look as good as other custom made bikes, but at least you can ride it on water and land alike, and that’s the whole point. Everybody loves a good food fight. But there’s no food fight like a pie fight. 251 children gathered at the Kidz Stuff Festival, in Horsham, southern England, to stage the biggest custard pie fight ever. The event took place on May 31 2009 with the clear goal of setting a new record for the largest custard pie fight. Remember the movie “Dumb and Dumber” starring Jim Carey and Jeff Daniels? That was the first thing that popped into my mind when I saw this puffy treasure. These guys give the expression “playing with your food” a whole other meaning and I don’t mean that in a good way. I have nothing against them killing that pig in the comfort of their own home, it’s a popular custom especially in Eastern-European countries, but what they’re doing in these photos is way out of line. People should respect their food, not use as a sick source of amusement…that;s what I think anyway.

This is apparently how they used to test new inventions in the Soviet Union during the 50s and 60s (at least that’s when these photos are taken). In this experiment they got that little pig drunk by forcing it to drink wine (Kagor, maybe you heard of it) and launching it into the air using some kind of giant mortar cannon. Some of you might find it funny, but I just think it’s cruel. I guess animal cruelty and animal testing are old issues that aren’t going away anytime soon…

This is for all the girls out there complaining about how they go through tortures like shaving their arms and legs just to look good for the men they love…Can you honestly say waxing your limbs is more painful then waxing your face? I think not…
