I have to say I’m not a big fan of exotic foods, but I’m sure I’d at least try some of them if I didn’t know what they were. But to take a whole bat and dump it in a pot of soup, then dump it in my plate…now that’s just disgusting. Apparently in the islands of Palau this is a delicacy and some tourists, like the lady in the photo, actually have the guts to try it.

A band of young Ukrainian students found an unusual way to commemorate the death of one of their countries most brilliant surgeons, a doctor Pirogov, who apparently, revolutionized national medicine. They organized a funeral commemorative dinner in one of Kiev’s subway trains inviting everyone to commemorate the carrier and accomplishments of their hero.
As you can see from these photos, the food was pretty scarce but vodka and carton-box wine were abundant. Now that’s good eating!
Many of you might find all fish to be disgusting, but I for one never had a problem with how they look, I even found some of them to be really interesting. But I have to say everything changed as soon as I saw these pictures, these things look like monsters out of my worst nightmares!
