I’ve seen people (drunks) pass-out in public places before, on benches, in parks, on the sidewalks, but never on the street, where they could get run-over by passing cars. I don’t know if this girl is drunk or sick, but the fact that no one even bothers to roll her over to the sidewalk is just disgusting. Oh yeah, the guy on the bike stops and covers her up with an umbrella…wtf is that about, he couldn’t check if she was ok but he cared that she was getting wet?
